Hostal boutique Hobi
Nuestro hostel nació de un largo viaje y de un sueño : el sueño de mostrarle a la gente el lugar donde yo, Ricardo (el dueño), nací.
En 2019, intenté abrir el hostal aquí, en este mismo barrio, pero al no encontrar una casa que se ajustara a mis expectativas, decidí empezar en Campo Belo. La verdad es que la idea nunca me abandonó . Incluso el nombre —Hobi , abreviatura de Hostal Bixiga— permaneció como una promesa de volver algún día.
Años después, en 2023, una amiga de la infancia me llamó con una propuesta para esta casa. A partir de ese momento, todo empezó a tomar forma. Trabajé en el diseño arquitectónico , solicité la aprobación del ayuntamiento (ya que se trata de un sitio histórico protegido ) y realicé una profunda investigación histórica . El resultado es un lugar lleno de historias impresas en las paredes , pintadas con colores cuidadosamente seleccionados, donde incluso la ropa de cama, las fundas de almohada y las cortinas fueron hechas a mano por mí.
Este fue el proyecto de mi vida. Ahora espero que lo disfruten y que pueda mostrarles el barrio donde nací y crecí .
